The PACE Center is Where All Your Care Comes Together
The PACE Center is the heart of your care. It’s where you meet with your doctor and care team. It’s where you enjoy meals, movement, and meaningful conversation. It’s where your care, and your day, can feel a little lighter.
Everyone uses the Center differently. Some come weekly. Some come more often. Some come just for a check-in. Others stay for activities like arts and crafts, exercise and hot lunch. What happens here is based on what you need.
