Connect, Stay Active & Get Care

At PACE, your health isn’t just about doctor visits—it’s about staying social, engaged, and moving. That’s why every PACE Center is designed to be a place where you can spend time with friends, enjoy activities, and get care—all in one location.

We’ll pick you up and bring you here. No need to worry about arranging transportation—we handle it for you.

All Care From PACE

PACE is a complete healthcare plan. With PACE, you do not need additional insurance. When you are enrolled in PACE, all of your medical care must come through your PACE organization. Always ask your PACE doctor, nurse, or social worker for pre-authorization of care outside PACE. If you seek non emergency care outside your PACE organization, you may be financially liable for those costs.
