Transportation for PACE Seniors

Safe, Friendly and Reliable Rides

Getting to doctor visits, therapy, or a PACE center shouldn’t be stressful. That’s why PACE provides safe, reliable rides for seniors enrolled in our healthcare program.

Our transportation is suitable for walkers and wheelchairs. You’ll have a helping hand door-to-door.

PACE drivers aren’t just people behind the wheel, they will be a familiar face who knows your name and cares about your well-being. You’ll be greeted with a smile and have a smooth ride.

No more worrying about missed appointments, waiting for a bus, or having to ask someone to take time off of work.

Rides Keep You Independent

Get there with PACE

All your rides to the PACE center and to all your medical appointments are set up for you.

If needed, an escort can go with you to your appointment for extra support.

All Care From PACE

PACE is a complete healthcare plan. With PACE, you do not need additional insurance. When you are enrolled in PACE, all of your medical care must come through your PACE organization. Always ask your PACE doctor, nurse, or social worker for pre-authorization of care outside PACE. If you seek non emergency care outside your PACE organization, you may be financially liable for those costs.
