PACE In-Home Care for Kansans

Stay Independent at Home With Trusted Support

A helping hand, when you need it most

Staying in your own home is important—but as daily tasks become harder, having a little extra help can make all the difference.

Our care aides and visiting provide the right kind of support at the right time, helping you with essential tasks so you can stay independent while family caregivers get the relief they need.

And if you can’t come to the PACE center to see a nurse or doctor or therapist, we’ll come to you.

PACE works alongside family caregivers, providing support so they can take a break, rest, or focus on other responsibilities—without worrying about their loved one’s care.

  • Licensed, trained professionals you can trust.
  • Help with essential tasks when you need it.
  • Part of your complete PACE care team.

All Care From PACE

PACE is a complete healthcare plan. With PACE, you do not need additional insurance. When you are enrolled in PACE, all of your medical care must come through your PACE organization. Always ask your PACE doctor, nurse, or social worker for pre-authorization of care outside PACE. If you seek non emergency care outside your PACE organization, you may be financially liable for those costs.
